I am super new to DND so please be gentle. I am doing my first campaign with my family. I am the only one using DND Beyond, because writing all this down is for the birds. My rogue is proficient with small weapons. While dual wielding daggers do I not get a +2 on top of my dex modifier for attack rolls?
It looks right to me at +6 to Hit. You get +4 Dex and +2 Proficiency.
If you want to dual wield correctly you need to click on one of the Daggers so the sidebar appears, Customise, and then check the Dual Wield box. It should move that attack down into Bonus Actions, and fix the damage for the off-hand attack which should not include your Dex modifier.
I'm going to be honest, I'm not seeing that problem. On the sheet I see, neither of your daggers is set up for dual wielding. This means I can't see them as a valid bonus action.
What you need to do is click on the weapon on your character sheet. Then click on the Customize button and check the box next to Dual Wield. That will change the weapon to a bonus action and apply the bonuses accordingly. Once you do that, we'll see what you're missing.
