I'm assuming you mean as more of a "signature" Rogue sub-class? As most Rogues will fit most guilds, as they'll all have operatives or hirelings that may work with them and either not share their goals at all, or may share their goals but have a looser interpretation of how to enact them (e.g- the ruthless spy who'll do anything to maintain order).
My familiarity with all the guilds isn't that great, but I can suggest a few options:
Boros: Possibly Scout due to the military aspect? Armed forces aren't just blocks of infantry, they're also the recon units after all.
Dimir: Assassin most likely, though this is a tricky one as so many others could fit; Phantom for the death aspect, Soul Knife maybe as well?
Golgari: This is a hard one, I'm leaning towards Arcane Trickster as it's customisable enough to reflect the theme through its spell choice.
Gruul: I'm thinking Swashbuckler as they can be a very in-your-face rather than stealthy Rogue. I'd flavour it a bit as courage/taunts rather than flair.
Izzet: This one should probably be Arcane Trickster as well to represent inventions and such, though Mastermind could also be a decent fit if we're not allowing duplicates?
Rakdos: Maybe Thief? It's the sub-class specialising in just taking whatever you want after all, though mechanically it may not be an amazing fit (Swashbuckler or Arcane Trickster again could fit well).
Just some ideas from my top level understanding of the guilds (and a quick refresher); I'm not as deep into the MtG lore as I am the Forgotten Realms.
Former D&D Beyond Customer of six years: With the axing of piecemeal purchasing, lack of meaningful development, and toxic moderation the site isn't worth paying for anymore. I remain a free user only until my groups are done migrating from DDB, and if necessary D&D, after which I'm done. There are better systems owned by better companies out there.
