So, I play mobile legends, and I main Gusion. For my next campaign I want to make him. I know he is definitely rogue, yet haven't decided on what race (half elf or human) or subclass. He combined magic with mastery of blades, and comes from a noble family. So, any help?

'The Cleverness of mushrooms always surprises me!' - Ivern Bramblefoot.
The only Magical Rouge there is would be the Arcane Trickster. Assuming you don't have the option to pick that here is a link for you to help homebrew it. They also added on dnd beyond a league of legends subclass for rogue if mobile legends is anything like league.
Yeah, if you want magical rogue, you could do arcane trickster. I don't know who Gusion is, but you could also probably get away with a number of bard builds, a hexblade warlock, or a way of shadows monk if you want a mobile, sneakysneaky, magic-ish class.
EDIT: Just looked this guy up. You might consider vengeance paladin? This guy looks like a burst damage type, and vengeance paladins are crazy good at nova damage. A dex paladin is plenty viable, and if your DM allows multiclass, you could probably go Vengeance Pally/Assassin Rogue for some pretty devastating nova damage.
