I know all characters get one action and one bonus action, but say I want to use misty step (As an Eladrin) and follow through with my dual swords. I know that Misty Step is a bonus action, Attack 1 is an action, and Attack 2 is a bonus action (I think). I also know that you can move up to 5 feet as a free (non-normal/bonus) action. At higher levels are there any feats, or are there any magical items that give you another action or another bonus action?

The only way to get an extra action or bonus action is the Fighter's Action Surge ability or to have the spell Haste cast on you.
Okay, thanks
Or have a caster of level 7 or higher cast haste on you. That gives you an extra action and bonus action.

The haste spell could emulate what you seek by giving you one extra attack
There's also the thief capstone, which gives you a second turn during the first round of combat.
Yes, Theives' Reflexes at 17th level is the best "2nd action" around. It gives you a full extra turn which means:
You get 2 moves, 2 actions and 2 Bonus Actions each round, PLUS your Reaction gets reset.
This means you can actually get 3 reactions in one round (one before your real turn, one after your real turn and 1 after your extra turn.
