Hello, with skill in poisoners kit you are supposed to be able to create and handle poisons. Where can I find the exact rules for different poisons that can be created, and the components needed? I am looking for low effect poisons that is made by easy to get components, if that exist in RAW. Super rare poisons with huge effects would not fit.
Must be RAW, no homebrew, as that is the setup for the campain.
I'm not aware of any specific components being listed for each poison, other than in the flavour text of the poison providing hints about where the poison comes from (e.g. purple worm poison).
Since there is no RAW, I think it is entirely DM fiat to decide which components might be used in the creation of poisons, and how long each poison would take to brew. The DM could choose to use the magic item creation rules to decide how long it would take to brew a poison, based on the cost of the poison.
There is a specific entry in the DMG titled Poisons. As was mentioned, some poison ingredients aren't obvious while others clearly come from a creature/source that gives a poison it's name. A bit of RP and DM oversight is required. Maybe you could find a way to extract cyanide from peach pits and make a dose that is toxic, for example.
I have a campaign in which one of the characters (Rogue Assassin) wants to start using poisons. As others have said, there is not a lot on it, and what I can find is all about magical poisons. So, I decided to come up with some non-magical poisons on my own by looking into real-life plants that are toxic, then trying to modify them for D&D.
I would love to get your take on this before I go to much further. The plants listed here are real, but the mixing ingredients and preparation came 100% from my head. All comments welcome!

Looks good, although they copied large parts of Liquid Mortality into Metabolite
