The previous versions of the Giff (non-spell jammer) specify Frag grenade, not Force Grenade, which weighs 1 lb. I would use that as the weight of a Force Grenade.
SImilarly, the previous versions of the Giff use a regular musket not a double barreled one, which weighs 10 lbs. I would use that as the weight of a Double barreled musket.
Not sure about a Thunder Bomb, the DMG has several explosives, most weigh between 1 and 2 lbs, except for a keg of gunpowder which weighs 20 lbs.
Gythka is a 1d8 slashing melee weapon. Long Sword weighs 3 lbs, Great Axe 4 lbs, but both of those are versatile to 1d10, but the Gythka is a 2 handed weapon. So I would make it weigh 4 lbs.
Chatkcha is a light thrown weapon that does 1d6 and has teh range of a javelin. So make it weigh the same as a javelin, or 2 lbs.
Money wise, I would have them NOT be available in regular areas. In Giff or Thrikeen areas, I would just make them gifts for the truly respected and well liked people, not available to any outsiders at all.
is there a chart for Giff and Thri Kreen special equipment? costs weights etc
Force Grenade
Thunder Bomb
Double-barreled Musket
Gythka
Chatkcha
No, but some of this is in the book, and we can extrapolate.
Force Grenade: This is a fragmentation grenade that deals force damage instead of piercing damage. Presumed Weight: 1 lb. Presumed Cost: Equal to a fragmentation grenade.
Basing the cost on a bomb, assuming your targets have +0 to Dex saves (so DC 15 is 1.5x as "accurate" as DC 12) and damage type doesn't matter, and using the diameter of the AOE size for determining gp cost, and ceiling the cost to a "round" number of gp, this comes to 1515 gp, or 1500 gp if you round the way WOTC does for expensive things.
Thunder Bomb: This is a fragmentation grenade, but change the radius to 10' and the damage to 4d8 thunder rather than 5d6 piercing. Presumed Weight: 1 lb. Presumed Cost: Ballpark 1/2 that of a fragmentation grenade.
Using the Force Grenade assumptions, 791 gp, 800 using WOTC's rounding style.
Double-barreled Musket: This is a musket that hits, presumably, 2 times as hard as a normal musket (damage 2d12, not 1d12), and the Warlord linked here is using weapons intended for a Large creature (in order to explain why its Morningstar also has too many dice). Presumed Weight: 20 lbs if sized for a Medium wielder. Presumed Cost: Ballpark 1000gp, and don't forget to make it spend 2 bullets when you fire it.
Gythka: This is the missing third member of the flail/war pick item set, the slashing one. Presumed Weight: 2 lb. Presumed Cost: 10 gp.
Chatkcha: This is a javelin that deals slashing damage and has finesse. Recommendation: Define this as a new martial weapon as defined here. Presumed Weight: 2 lb. Presumed Cost: 3 gp (to be half the cost of a trident rounding up, just as a javelin is half the cost of a spear).

Not in the Spelljammer books they just released. However the DMG has rules for fire arms and explosives you could easily adapt to suite your needs.
A Gythka seems very similar to a Double-bladed Scimitar and a Chatkcha seems like the Dart's stat block should work for it too.
