I have a question. I have a small creature in the campaign, which is a reasonable container for a huge amount of magic (completely immortal NPC and even Wish cannot do anything about it). Can a warlock with a patron of a Genie move into a genie's vessel with this creature, if it does not agree? Or are there any restrictions on the objects moved into the vessel?
You can only bring creatures into the Vessel with the Sanctuary Vessel feature - and they must be willing to go in with you. If they don't want to go in - you can't force them to.
Hello from russian roleplayers!

Thanks! But they also suggested to me the idea of being imprisoned in a precious stone 9lvl
So are you asking how to capture a creature that can't be killed?
That depends on how strong it is.
