"Loading. Because of the time required to load this weapon, you can fire only one piece of ammunition from it when you use an action, bonus action, or reaction to fire it, regardless of the number of attacks you can normally make."
Can weapons with the loading property fire the crossbow with a Bonus Action?
I am asking this as DnD Beyond does not have Crossbow under Bonus Actions, Is DnD Beyond wrong?
DnD Beyond is not wrong. You cannot fire a crossbow with a bonus action unless some feature gives you that ability. As an example, the Crossbow Expert feat will let you fire a hand crossbow as a bonus action if certain conditions are met. The meaning of the loading property is that if a feature allowed you to fire two shots with a ranged weapon using a bonus action, then you could only fire one shot if that ranged weapon has the loading property.

They can be fired with a bonus action if a feature gives you a bonus action that says you can.
You don't by default have any bonus action (except TWF), it has to be granted by something.
