As the titale say, I would like to cast booming blade using my thunder gauntlet. Right now, DND beyond don't seem to allow that because the gauntlet doesn't have a price, which is one requirement to cast the spell. I talked with my DM about that and he's fine with me doing that, so is there a way to do so? I can always roll the dices manually, but it'ld be better if it was in the same roll. I didn't found a way to override the price, did I miss something?
There's no way to do it within the character sheet, because custom actions aren't recognized as weapons. It isn't that the Thunder Gauntlet doesn't have a price, it's that the character sheet doesn't recognize that it's a weapon at all. Dndbeyond could fix this with a "is weapon" checkbox toggle within custom actions, shame they don't have that.
You can create a homebrew magic item "armorer's thunder gauntlet", but that way is CLUNKY, because you can't change ability score that is used for weapon attacks other than enabling/disabling Finesse. So you'll need to create a homebrew magic item, and then add that to your character sheet, which follows these steps:
A Greatclub is the easiest item to start off of, despite its incorrect Two-Handed property. That can be removed with a modifier below.
Ignore Weapon Property - Two-Handed
Replace damage type - Thunder
Then, you'll need to equip it on your character sheet, and then within the attack action heading, customize its attack to manually override its to-hit and damage modifiers to reflect your Intelligence modifier instead of your Strength modifier. And, remember to change those in the future when your Intelligence changes!
Awkward, but the end result, will be a 1d8 simple weapon that deals thunder damage, and correctly shows Booming Blade as an option within it.
If you're hoping to apply any infusions to your Thunder Gauntlet (which should be possible, because the Thunder Gauntlet is not described as being magical), the Dndbeyond character sheet won't let you do that to you default special Thunder Gauntlet action that it puts on your character sheet (because again, it's not an item)... but also won't let you do that to the new custom Armorer's Thunder Gauntlet homebrew magic item I just told you to make, because it's a magic item.
Unfortunately, there's no way to create a mundane weapon with the same homebrew tools that dndbeyond provides for magic items, or to flag your magic item as a nonmagical item. So your new Armorer's Thunder Gauntlet will never show up on your character sheet as an eligible item to infuse.
You will need to further customize your homebrew item to manually reflect any infusions you're adding to it, like Enhanced Weapon or Radiant Weapon, or just further manually adjust its to-hit and damage bonus within your character sheet. Surmountable, but just one more minor inconvenience to keep in mind.

I'm going to make this way harder than it needs to be.
I also just don't think that those spells can automatically roll weapon and spell damage together for normal weapons yet anyway.
I believe that some common plugins for integrating dndbeyond with Discord and Roll20 do, however, so it matters.

I hadn't considered that. I only use mobile, so it isn't a factor for me.
I'll do that, thanks you very much!
One more complication:
