Hey all I'm playing a barb 5 /rogue 4. I have 2 weapon fighting, extra attack, reckless attack and sneak attack. I wield a sickle which is light and a rapier.
Sooooo how may attacks, and are they all at advantage?
Barb 5 = 2 Attacks if you take the Attack Action. 2 weapon fighting simply means that you get to use your stat bonus (either Str or Dex0 with the off-hand weapon. Reckless means that all of your attacks in a turn are with Advantage. Since your Rapier is not Light, you cannot use the off-hand weapon to attack with a Bonus Action.
Two-Weapon Fighting
When you take the Attack action and attack with a light melee weapon that you're holding in one hand, you can use a bonus action to attack with a different light melee weapon that you're holding in the other hand. You don't add your ability modifier to the damage of the bonus attack unless that modifier is negative."
So am I correct in my assumption of 3 attacks One of them being a sneak attack?
No, sneak attack is not an attack in itself. It is extra damage dice added to the attack that is valid for the sneak attack. Narratively, one of your attacks hits a more vital spot on your target than it would have if you had no sneak attack.
As Darkaiser says, your Rapier is not a Light weapon and you can therefore not attack with your bonus action. In order to do that you'd need the Dual Wielder feat. Or a Light Finesse weapon instead of your Rapier.

Giving you 2 attacks.
Now at lvl 5 you take extra attack. Phb
Beginning at 5th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.
What good is this extra attack if you cannot use it.
By default, when you take the Attack action using your Action, you can make one weapon attack with one of the two weapons (Rapier or Sickle) that you're wielding.
Because you're a level 5 Barbarian with Extra Attack, the Attack action lets you make two weapon attacks with either of your two weapons... so Rapier-Rapier, Sickle-Sickle, or Rapier-Sickle are all okay.
If you were wielding two light weapons, you would also be able to make one weapon attack as a Two-Weapon Fighting Bonus Action with a light weapon in one hand, if you made at least one attack with a different light weapon in the other hand as part of the Attack action. So, if you were wielding a Dagger and a Sickle, then you can see how you'd have three attacks right now (dagger-dagger bonus sickle, sickle-sickle bonus dagger, or dagger-sickle bonus dagger or sickle).
But a Rapier is not a light weapon. In order to get your third Two-Weapon Fighting Bonus Action attack with that weapon, you'll need the Dual Wielder feat, which removes the Light weapon property requirement from Two-Weapon Fighting.
As darkaiser, beyond misty, and Chicken champ all said: the rapier is not a light weapon, 2 weapon fighting requires 2 light weapons to use.
You can use your action to make 2 attacks with the rapier, 2 attacks with the sickle, or 1 attack with each. You can reckless for advantage as long as you use strength and can add sneak attack damage to any 1 attack that does.
If you want a 3rd attack using your bonus action, I suggest using 2 shortswords or getting the dual wield feat.

But can the rapier still attack as a sneak attack at advantage?
Yes, as long as you use STR as damage modifier, as Reckless Attack otherwise wouldn't grant you advantage on your attack.

So here is my argument.

Aka sickle rapier sickle
I think you're misunderstanding.

Does that make more sense?

I'm going to make this way harder than it needs to be.
