Charmed and Frightened are odd, since they really only work when you’re Charmed/Frightened IN RELATION TO some other creature (or at least a specific object, area, or effect in the world, for frightened). That said, you could certainly find weird ways to be charmed or frightened by yourself, though the significance of that has more to do with the specific spell doing it than the condition itself.
Is it possible to charm myself, when I walk in the area where I cast the hypnotic pattern spell?
"The pattern appears for a moment and vanishes."
There isn't a lingering AoE so entering the area after the spell has been cast has no effect.

I'm going to make this way harder than it needs to be.
While the RAW is unclear, I personally would rule that you are immune to the Charmed and Frightened conditions against yourself.
