A spell that made writing self-translating?

I remember reading a spell entry that allowed the caster to write something down in one language, but have it appear in the language of the reader.

I spent 15 minutes searching for it - i found glyph of warding, but that's it. Any help or suggestions?

I am not aware of a spell that does exactly that but you might be thinking of illusory script
