I found a SpellScroll in one of the adventures I am part of and my DM will let me learn the Spell for regular use, if I spend a certain amount of time learning it.
That I did and now I would lioke to ad the Spell to my list, but since I am a warlock and I have all my learned spellslots used, I have a problem. How can I add the Charm Person spell, even though all is used?
Normally you can't do that, so you are looking for a technical solution for a homebrew question on manipulating your dndbeyond character sheet.
That said, there are solutions. If it were me, I'd probably create a homebrew feat that adds the spell. Then force-add that feat to the character sheet.

I'm probably laughing.
It is apparently so hard to program Aberrant Mind and Clockwork Soul spell-swapping into dndbeyond they had to remake the game without it rather than implement it.
