If an enemy cast Timestop then cast cloudkill where an enemy is within the cloud would it end the Timestop?
Cloudkill says it effects the enemy when they enter the area of effect on a turn or start their turn in the area... Not sure if having them be enveloped on another creature's turn counts as "entering"
I reckon it wouldn't break the Timestop. They are frozen in time, so not breathing or absorbing gases. When they unfreeze and breathe in at the start of their next turns then they will find themselves affected by Cloudkill. In normal time no one is affected by Cloudkill on the turn it is cast, only if they start their own turn in it, or move or are pushed into the area on any turn.
This tweet supports the interpretation that cloudkill wouldn't end the time stop because it doesn't do anything until the start of the creatures' turn in the area.

As Cloudkill takes effect at the start or during the creature's turn, not the caster's, I'd say it would not terminate Time Stop abruptly.
Born in Italy, moved a bunch, living in Spain, my heart always belonged to Roleplaying Games
Forced Movement is still movement for entering a square. I guess in this case the CloudKill is entering your square.
