Hi everyone. This is probably a simple question that's common knowledge, but say a ranger has just leveled up to level 3 and picked hunter as their archetype. Now, there are also two archetypes for hunter - which is horizon walker and primeval guardian, which are also available to choose at level 3. So, say this hunter chooses horizon walker. Does the hunter also get the progressive hunter abilities such as hoard breaker and uncanny dodge along with the horizon walker abilities? Or, if the hunter chooses horizon walker as their archetype, do they just get the horizon walker skills? Again, it's probably common knowledge, but I'm relatively new at Dungeons and Dragons, and I love it so far. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Hunter, Horizon Walker, and Primeval Guardian are three separate archetypes. You just pick one.
