Greetings, been trying to make a character based around spells needing willing targets. I have found spells like guidance, haste and thunderstep but wondering if there already exists a list of them or if I need to brute-force check them all?

As a general rule (magic missile is a rare exception), any spell which doesn't allow a save and doesn't make an attack roll but is cast on a creature or creatures is willing only. Where you'll run into weeds and need to pick out spells manually is spells that target points in space - for example, I've read your post and still don't know if you intend to include a spell like Tiny Hut on your list, so it's hard to tell a computer to include it or not in a filter. Spells that target points in space can get arbitrarily weird in terms of what you're after - e.g. that's all summon spells, and whether or not a summon spell summons a willing target is a DM-specific question.

I don't know of an easy way to search spells by keyword "willing." You can add levitate to that list though.
