Yes. The only escape from a grapple is to escape from the grapple, or the creature grappling you to decide it doesn't want to anymore.
That's why monsters that grapple on a hit with an attack have the language at the end of it stopping from using that attack on a different target; they can just keep squeezing on the grappled creature so long as it hasn't escaped.

So this means that even after the attacks, they are still held in the grapple I'm assuming?
