I wasn't sure where to put this, but the 2024 Vampire Spawn's grapple escape DC is 13, but it should be 14 (8+3+3). I imagine there should be an errata for this. Unless I'm mistaken.
Aboleth and Tree Blight actually check out just fine when you consider the designers can use different stats for secondary effects (such as Con). Giant Crocodile having a 15 doesn't make sense though. Vampire Spawn also doesn't make sense with its numbers. While not strictly a bug, certainly something worth calling out the designers for, it's lazy design.

Maybe it's not an error (or maybe it is), but it's true many monsters don't follow the same rules as PCs.
Ex. Aboleth, Giant Crocodile or Tree Blight
