if you use a spell like scrying, or use the eldritch invocation "Gaze Of Two Minds" can you still use your own special sight abilities like darkvision?
(e.g. your drow character (which has Darkvision) used Gaze Of Two Minds on a willing human (which does not have darkvision) and said human went into a dark cave, would you be able to see in the cave, or would it be pitch black?)

Scrying specifically says "you can see and hear through the sensor as if you were there", so blindsight and truesight are good. Tremorsense would be a no-go since that's not sight. For Gaze of Two Minds, it specifically says "you see through their senses", so if you're a darkvision haver looking through a human's eyes, you lose darkvision for the duration.

but what about things like "Eyes of The Rune Keeper" (You can read all writing) Could you read all writing while using gaze of two minds?

I'd go with "yes" there on the idea it's more a mental translation.
YESSSSSSSSSS. i'm thinking some guy who can use create thrall (great old one) + gaze of two minds and other things like eyes of the rune keeper and then they just translate all sorts of stuff for the person they us create thrall on
