Some monsters have Damage resistance like this: bludgeoning, piercing and slashing from nonmagical attacks not made with silvered weapons.
Does it mean that to overcome this resistance, I need that my weapon is both magical and silvered? Or is it sufficient to have one or the other (nonmagical silvered for example)?

One or the other. If it's magic, it'll bypass the resistance. If it's silvered, it'll bypass the resistance. If it's neither, the restiance resists.
