I imagine this has been discussed already so if anyone knows a good thread link please let me know. It just seems to me that the Yuan-ti race is so overpowerful that I am pretty sure if you chose the Yuan-ti as your race and nearly any class, you would be more powerful than any other race and the same class. I just can not believe that the magic resistance is what it states. It just seems way too powerful. That being said, I feel a DM would become frustrated with the ability. What have been other players thoughts?
Yuan-ti Purebloods are widely accepted to be on the more powerful end of the racial spectrum compared to other races. however, a DM can pretty easily tailor their game to accommodate this if they so desire. It just means more physical attacks and less magic that requires saving throws.
