I am running a new Champaign and some of my players want to take some older backdrounds, as I've seen in the new PHB if the background does not give them an ABI they can chose themselves and if the background does not give them a feat they can also take a Origin feat, but what happens if the background already gives them a feat like Squire of Solamnia, strixhaven initiate etc. Do they get it, does it count as an Origin feat ?
