On your turn, when you score a critical hit with a melee weapon or reduce a creature to 0 hit points with one, you can make one melee weapon attack as a bonus action.
I know if you use Booming or Greenflame blade you can't make an extra attack, because essentially you replaced all your attacks by casting a spell. But what about the bonus action attack from GWM?
Booming Blade takes your action and the melee attack is part of the spell casting. You still have your bonus action left to use. It would not carry the Booming Blade rider, but you would still have your attack as a bonus action.

IMHO, Earthdawn is still the best fantasy realm, Shadowrun is the best Sci-Fi realm, and Dark Sun is the best D&D realm.

Yes, assuming one of the conditions are met, you can make the (non-spell) BA weapon attack.
