The lvl 6 feat reads, “Whenever you cast a spell that deals fire damage or restores hit points while your wildfire spirit is summoned, roll a d8, and you gain a bonus equal to the number rolled to one damage or healing roll of the spell.”
Will this effect work with elemental weapon and flaming arrow which do fire damage but not right away?
From the feature wording, it is a single d8 per spell cast, so I don't know that it makes all that much difference. I would probably let you use that d8 a single time per spell cast, even if it was on a concentration spell that doesn't heal or deal damage directly. On the other hand, some DMs might assume that there is a requirement for the spells directly healing or dealing damage for this effect to work.

Casting the spell would proc the ability, but neither spell has a damage roll when cast so no extra damage.

It says you gain the bonus when you cast the spell to one roll, but it it makes no mention of having to use it at that time, only that it must be on a roll for that spell. This is why I stated what I did in post #2, and I think why DxJxC said what they did.
It is reasonable to rule otherwise, but not necessary.
Does "Enhanced Bond" work with "Wither and Bloom"?
If I cast "Wither and Bloom" on a area where an allied Fighter is, do I roll a 1d8+WisMod+1d10 Fighter hit die?
and does the fighter get to add its ConMod aswell?
I honestly am unsure about the first part of your question. I can imagine a couple arguments either way. I think it should. It is a spell that's effect includes restoring hit points. I think the wording of enhanced bond would let you add 1d8 to the necrotic damage instead too.
The last question's answer is No. Every hit die roll that adds CON mod says to. This doesn't.
I don't think that the nectrotic damage is RAI but it seems to be RAW. There is also a difference between the rules of "Enhanced Bond" and the Artificer Alchemist "Alchemical Savant" feature I found interesting. One requires a roll and the other don't.
"Enhanced Bond": "Whenever you cast a spell that deals fire damage or restores hit points while your wildfire spirit is summoned, roll a d8, and you gain a bonus equal to the number rolled to one damage or healing roll of the spell." (I think the math would be 1d8+1d10+WisMod heal for the Fighter. But the damage I'm not sure of, if it should be 2d6+1d8 necrotic)
"Alchemical Savant": "Whenever you cast a spell using your alchemist’s supplies as the spellcasting focus, you gain a bonus to one roll of the spell. That roll must restore hit points or be a damage roll..." (1d8+1d10+2*IntMod healing for a Fighter or 2d6+IntMod necrotic damage). I think this only works if the Alchemist pickup 3 Wizard levels and have the feat "Artificer Initiate" and choose Alchemist's Supplies as a Focus.
Good point about the ConMod. Even "Short Rest" say "For each Hit Die spent in this way, the player rolls the die and adds the character’s Constitution modifier to it."

It apply to one damage roll from a fire spell you cast.

Yes. The way it works is you have to roll the d8 when you cast the spell, and then you can choose at any time to add that to one damage or healing roll of the spell (until the spell ends, of course, in which case you've wasted it).
I realize this post is 2 years old, I'm just leaving an actual answer to the thread so discussing below will make sense.
Does "Enhanced Bond" work with "Wither and Bloom"?
Yes, of course. It works with all spells that restore hit points.
If I cast "Wither and Bloom" on a area where an allied Fighter is, do I roll a 1d8+WisMod+1d10 Fighter hit die?
Only if you choose to apply the 1d8 to the healing (and the Fighter chooses to use an unspent 1d10 hit die). You can apply it to the damage roll instead (that all targets are trying to resist), just like with Enervation, Life Transference, and Vampiric Touch (spells that heal and hence qualify, but also do damage). Same reason when you cast a spell that deals Fire damage, you can add the damage bonus to non-Fire damage, e.g. you can add it to the Radiant damage of Flame Strike.
and does the fighter get to add its ConMod aswell?

Thanks for the clarification! But I still don't think Alchemical Savant would add to the Aid spell, because there are no dice rolls made!
My Alchemist did end the campaign as a 5th level Alchemist and 8th level Evocation Wizard! I had super fun as a "blaster/healer" forest gnome! The "Artificer Initiate" feat in the Artificer/Wizard multiclass allowed me to use Chill Touch and Toll the dead in addition to Fire Bolt! and with Healing Word and Aid on the alchemist spell list, I could keep my party up while still dealing dissent damage with Wither and Bloom, Fireball and Scorching Ray!
Came here for similar clarification (super old post by now I know lol) based on the above responses the interaction between enhanced bond on Aura of Vitality would probably apply to only one roll of the bonus action healing even though it's a concentration spell. Putting this here more for if any other WF druids show up to look for the same answer I was.
(Still gonna ask my DM how she'll rule it, but it looks like RAW is telling me that it's only once per spell)

Asking your DM is best, but rule-wise Enhanced Bond would only grant a d8, bonus to one healing roll of Aura of Vitality as it basically grant the bonus once per healing spell cast.

Yeah, the d8 is only applied to 1 roll of the spell. So if the spell causes more rolls, you have to pick 1.
