The Rod of Absorption allows an attuned creature to create spell slots of a level equal to or lower than their own spell slots. If a Warlock were to obtain this item, would they be creating Pact Magic spell slots that can be used with invocations such as Thief of Five Fates and Eldritch Smite, or are they considered spell slots obtained through the Spellcasting feature and cannot be used as such?
