I'm currently playing a game, and there's an ability check that I know I will need to complete, but it's very difficult. When I get dropped to 0 hit points, and whenever I make death saving throws, I also need to make a DC 25 Charisma saving throw. 3 times in a row. I have a charisma of 20, so I would need to roll an 18 or higher 3 times in a row. not impossible, but really hard when I need to do it before I die from failed death saving throws or wake up from successful ones. So, what I was hoping to get some help with, is there a way to temporarily increase my Charisma score to make these three saving throws easier?
Increasing your charisma above 20 is hard and there is a hard cap of 30. Rather than increase your charisma are the ways you or you allies can give you things to add to your roll such as
A bless spell
Bardic inspiration
Flash of genius
You should also look to ways to get advantage for example having foresight cast on you. A portent dice or two could also come in handy.
The even simpler solution might be to not to go down to 0 HP. Increase you HP as much as you can and heal before it gets too low, use buffs or the terrain to take less attacks and if things are going badly get away and make a better plan while you recover.

I think you are out of luck. You have starting out a 0.0033% chance. You would need to find an additional +12 somewhere to even get a 40% chance of success. To have an 85% chance of success your total bonus would need to be +23... And even then you may fail 15% of the time.
Whatever the reason you need to do this, I believe your DM is being unfair because within the game it is going to be impossible to get a saving throw anywhere near high enough to been have a potential for success. A skill check with expertise would be more doable at high level play. A saving throw is never going to happen.
Enhance ability, a second level spell, can give you advantage on the check for an hour. But it’s concentration, so if you were at 0, you’ll need someone to cast it on you.
Theres an item called The Midguard Crown that gives advantage on cha saves. And one called the far gem that gives you a +1 to cha saves.

Find a level 6+ paladin to stand nearby.
Enhance ability is nice, but I think he is too close to the lower end of advantage, and it is nowhere near enough to even come close to being able to do it. Without doing any math, off the top of my head I think advantage would come out to like a +2 bonus, and he really needs his ability score +12 to even have any hope of success.
Enhance ability only works with skill checks not saving throws.
I have also just realised the OP said with charisma of 20 he need to roll an 18 to pass a DC25 save which puts their modifier at 7. Does this mean they are proficient in charisma saves but no higher than level 4? If so a lot of potential gains are not on the table.
On the face of it though it does seem the DM is railroading failure though there are other explanations
If the DC was initially say 10 and increased after each failure the DM could be telling you this approach is now impossible you need to find another way.
If the party are able to provide Bardic inspiration, advantage and flash of geniusand bless (or similar) the odds of success go up significantly I have not done the maths but at a guess the odds might be getting close to even with all the above if the party are high level

In the math I did he would need to find an additional +12 to have a 40% chance of success and another +16 to get an 85% chance of success. And unfortunately for the OP, advantage is only going to give him like a +1-+2 bonus at that high of a curve. So the DM has set the condition for failure until very high level and then because it's a saving throw he still may not have a chance at level 20.
