A fighter attacks with a quarterstaff. He has the Fairy Trickster feat so he can use Flustering Strike. He also has Shield Master so he can use Shield Bash when he hits. He has the weapon mastery of the Quarterstaff so he can topple his enemies on a hit.
Flustering Strike. When you hit a creature with an attack roll, you can attempt to fluster the target. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier of the score increased by this feat and your Proficiency Bonus) or have Disadvantage on saving throws until the end of your next turn.
You can use this benefit a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.
Shield Bash. If you attack a creature within 5 feet of you as part of the Attack action and hit with a Melee weapon, you can immediately bash the target with your Shield if it's equipped, forcing the target to make a Strength saving throw (DC 8 plus your Strength modifier and Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, you either push the target 5 feet from you or cause it to have the Prone condition (your choice). You can use this benefit only once on each of your turns.
Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
In what order do Flustering Strike, Shield Bash and Topple work? Can Flustering Strike go first, giving Disadvantage on the Topple Con Save and on the Shield Bash Str Save generated by the same attack?
The ideal order would be 1st Flustering Strike, 2nd Topple and 3rd push 5 feet with Shield Bash, because if you push the character away you can not topple it (you could move I guess, but depends if you have any movement left) and if you use flustering strike at the end the saving throws do not have disadvantage.
For Flustering Strike, Topple and Shield Bash, since the trigger happens when "you hit a creature", the Simultaneous Effects rule should apply, so you can choose the order:
If two or more things happen at the same time on a turn, the person at the game table—player or DM—whose turn it is decides the order in which those things happen. For example, if two effects occur at the start of a player character’s turn, the player decides which of the effects happens first.

I had answered using the text from the 2014 Shield Bash, when it used a Bonus Action, but the interaction changes in 2024, so I agree with your answer (same as mine, yes :D)
Well, I added and edit, friend, to my first answer.

What do you think?

- Trip Attack + Topple Weapons/ Topple Mastery
- The Topple Weapon Mastery + Trip Attack + Shield Master (EDIT: now I realized, I think in this thread, the Shield Master mentioned was the one from 2014. It's different in 2024)
- Weapon Mastery Per Turn
- Battle Master Maneuvers & Weapon Cantrips?
Since all 3 game features occur on a hit, Simultaneous Effects means you can decides the order in which those things happen.
