Tell me I'm reading this correct, the artillerist ( well the others to but). At 14lv would have access to 40 "casting " worth of 3rd lvl spells free. The brake down is: 10 from the spell storing item ( list limited lvl 11 feature). Then at lvl 14 you get RMI of rare, and 5 of them, so the enspelled stuff list has lvl3 spell as rare, so you could have 5 items with 6 charges each with any 3rd lvl spell in them. So 10+30 charges in a day that refresh in the end of LR. So 6 player could all fire fireball on the same round, example.
