Am I reading things right that opportunity attacks with unarmed strike now have the option to grapple?
Yes. When you make an Opportunity Attack, you can choose to use an Unarmed Strike. When you make an Unarmed Strike, you can force a save against a grapple instead of dealing damage.
Yeah, same with Shove.
