I am not sure but I believe +1RPK can be called a club. I am not saying a +1 club yet. The RPK had its own magic. Now if I use it as a normal club it just does d4. It littery a rod like re-rod. Now if I use IPW on this rod it's now my magic on the RPK which I can now use it as a +1 club.
The only issue I see with this is that improvised weapons aren't a weapon type, they're a catch-all term for non-weapon objects *used* as weapons. So you'd have to see if your DM would allow a non-weapon object to be bonded as a pact weapon in the first place for that purpose.
