Looking at the spells of 2024 version, cannot find a really good spell that makes worth instead using your multi-attack. Maybe Tasha’s Laugh, but the subsequent rolls are made agains your spell DC without disadvantage, so the good ones would be really those with single saving throw. Also we can take a look to cantrips to use War Magic and not losing our multi-attack, but now most are attack rolls, then not sure if casting a Toll of Death is worth, instead getting another cantrip probably more useful, as the EK get few ones.
The only good one, that is very good, I have found is Mind Sliver, as you weaken foe defenses for the casters in the party, and with Eldritch Strike you improve your chances.
This as use in direct combat face-to-face, there can be another interesting uses, like forcing a flying foe to land hitting with a ranged attack and then casting Web.
For targets close between them, Sleep can be a good option making an attack to each target (up to 3 attacks at level 10 using 2 weapons or PAM), then try to sleep them all.
