i was told you have them on here but i dont have access to the race naturally i dont own any of the books i have the basic base of the site so i only have access to the main races and classes and changling isn't among those. asking because i need it to make the sheet for my character Karmen/Karmel [ aka "the gender wizard"]

is there a specific way to just get the changling race and not buy a whole book?

Changelings can still be strong, with my changeling players - I ask for a couple of established identities with a bit more detail in them so that I can play around with those in the setting as they might have contacts/relationships which I can then exploit for backstory.
Such a pity...I just bought the book in my mother tongue, physical version, a week ago before I even knew dndbeyond exists, and I wont buy it a second time, its way to expensive. T-T.
Gonna look for an alternative site then I guess...
The digital is $30USD. This place is not $$$ friendly to those just starting out. Their policy of having to rebuy a book for a 2nd copy is probably a turn off to the long term future of the game.
Ya I already paid 40€ once and I'm definitely not going to spend another 30$ for the same thing and especially not in English (not sure if they have different languages for their content)
If there still was a way to buy the changeling race separated from the book, ya, maybe, but well, they removed the option and so they won't earn a cent from me.
Maybe I'll try filling the form as "human" and just fill out a paper form later deleting the human traits and adding the changeling stuff. Idk.
