Simple version: Can a barbarian rage while polymorphed?
Complex version: 2024 Polymorph states "The target’s game statistics are replaced by the stat block of the chosen Beast, but the target retains its alignment, personality, creature type, Hit Points, and Hit Point Dice." This implies to me the loss of all class abilities, is that correct? I know as the DM I can always say "Rule of cool", but still wanted an actual RaW answer.
That's how I read it. Class features aren't on the list of things that are retained, so they're not retained.
Also note this Sage Advice answer which says that Polymorph "replaces the target's character sheet or stat block". To me this implies a player character who's subjected to the spell would lose everything on their character sheet including class features, aside from those specific things listed.
I agree with wagnarokkr. I just wanted to add an example for comparison in the wording:
Game Statistics. Your game statistics are replaced by the Beast’s stat block, but you retain your creature type; Hit Points; Hit Point Dice; Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores; class features; languages; and feats. [...]
Okay, so question about Polymorph.
