Maybe. The spell doesn't really specify how big the cauldron is, so I think it's probably up to the DM to decide whether it will effectively block a doorway.
If I were DMing, I'd say if you want to burn a 6th-level spell slot to keep a doorway blocked for 10 minutes, go for it.
You still would be able to use most of it 😊. It's unmovable status doesn't stop until the last potion is extracted.
For a good celestial warlock/devotion paladin it's the least ethically sketchy/most useful 6th level mystic arcanum. It's nice to know it can have another use, even if it is niche.
The cauldron summoned by Tasha's Bubbling Cauldron is stated to be unmovable.
Is it fixed like the Immovable Rod? Can it be used for shenanigans like blocking a door? :D
What happens if the ground it is created upon disappears? Does it float?
Can it be created above an object like a rug or a trapdoor to fix it in place?
