Can you all help me identify the feats, abilities, etc... that give reaction-based attacks? This is pertinent to a few different classes (right now I am interested in optimizing Rogue Sneak Attacks) so I am surprised i have not found a good comprehensive list of ways to get a reaction attack.
Core Rules
Opportunity Attacks - "You can make an Opportunity Attack when a creature that you can see leaves your reach using its action, its Bonus Action, its Reaction, or one of its speeds." Note: Can force enemies into creating Opportunity Attacks by using spells like Command, Fear, Dissonant Whispers, etc... to get enemies to move away of their own volition.
Ready Action - You can use a ready action to postpone your action until later in the round (on an ally's or enemy's turn). Can sometimes allow you to use a Bonus Action attack + Readied Action Reaction attack to get multiple attacks in a round. Also if you are Hasted (per the spell) you can simply attack with Hasted Attack Action and then use Ready Action with your normal Attack Action.
Feats
Polearm Master Feat - "Reactive Strike: While you're holding a Quarterstaff, a Spear, or a weapon that has the Heavy and Reach properties, you can take a Reaction to make one melee attack against a creature that enters the reach you have with that weapon." Note: Reactive strike is NOT an opportunity attack so can be triggered by forced movement - like Push Mastery or Repelling Blast Invocation (can also be triggered by creatures with Flyby).
Sentinel Feat - "Guardian: Immediately after a creature within 5 feet of you takes the Disengage action or hits a target other than you with an attack, you can make an Opportunity Attack against that creature"
War Caster Feat - "Reactive Spell. When a creature provokes an Opportunity Attack from you by leaving your reach, you can take a Reaction to cast a spell at the creature rather than making an Opportunity Attack." Note: Does not actually give an extra reaction attack but does change the nature of the reaction attack.
Zhentarim Tactics (FRHoF) - "Retaliate. Immediately after a creature within 5 feet of you hits you with a melee attack, you can make an Opportunity Attack against that creature."
Blade Barrier Feat (Heliana's) - "Until the start of your next turn, other creatures provoke an opportunity attack from you when they enter your reach or make a melee attack against you while within your reach."
Class Features
Fighter (Cavalier XGE) - "Level 10. Hold the Line:... Creatures provoke an opportunity attack from you when they move 5 feet or more while within your reach, and if you hit a creature with an opportunity attack, the target's speed is reduced to 0 until the end of the current turn."
Fighter (Cavalier XGE) - "Level 18. Vigilant Defender: ...In combat, you get a special reaction that you can take once on every creature's turn, except your turn. You can use this special reaction only to make an opportunity attack, and you can't use it on the same turn that you take your normal reaction."
Fighter (Echo Night EGW) - "Level 3. Manifest Echo: When a creature that you can see within 5 feet of your echo moves at least 5 feet away from it, you can use your reaction to make an opportunity attack against that creature as if you were in the echo's space."
Fighter (Battle Master PHB'14) Maneuver - "Riposte: When a creature misses you with a melee attack roll, you can take a Reaction and expend one Superiority Die to make a melee attack roll with a weapon or an Unarmed Strike against the creature. If you hit, add the Superiority Die to the attack's damage."
Fighter (Battle Master PHB'14) Maneuver - "Brace: When a creature you can see moves into the reach you have with the melee weapon you're wielding, you can use your reaction to expend one superiority die and make one attack against the creature, using that weapon."
Fighter (Battle Master PHB'14) Maneuver "Commander's Strike: When you take the Attack action on your turn, you can replace one of your attacks to direct one of your companions to strike. When you do so, choose a willing creature who can see or hear you and expend one Superiority Die. That creature can immediately use its Reaction to make one attack with a weapon or an Unarmed Strike..."
Paladin (Vengeance) - "Level 15. Soul of Vengeance: Immediately after a creature under the effect of your Vow of Enmity hits or misses with an attack roll, you can take a Reaction to make a melee attack against that creature if it's within range."
Barbarian (Berserker) - "Level 10. Retaliation: When you take damage from a creature that is within 5 feet of you, you can take a Reaction to make one melee attack against that creature, using a weapon or an Unarmed Strike."
Ranger (Hunter PHB'14) - "Level 3. Hunter's Prey: Giant Killer. When a Large or larger creature within 5 feet of you hits or misses you with an attack, you can use your reaction to attack that creature immediately after its attack, provided that you can see the creature."
Cleric (Order Domain TCE) - "Level 1. Voice of Authority: Starting at 1st level, you can invoke the power of law to drive an ally to attack. If you cast a spell with a spell slot of 1st level or higher and target an ally with the spell, that ally can use their reaction immediately after the spell to make one weapon attack against a creature of your choice that you can see."
Monster Hunter (Grim Hollow) - "Level 2. Studied Response: ...When a creature you can see within 60 feet of you targets you or another creature with a melee or ranged attack, you can take a Reaction before the attack roll to make one attack with a weapon or an Unarmed Strike against that creature... If the attack misses, you regain the use of your Reaction."
I am sure I am missing something. Really looking for more Feats or similar since most of the class abilities are too high level for multi-classing so don't really do much good for people's specific builds.
Orcish Fury Feat - "Immediately after you use your Relentless Endurance trait, you can use your reaction to make one weapon attack."
Rogue (Scion of the Three) - "Level 3. Bloodthirst: When an enemy you can see within 30 feet of yourself takes damage and is Bloodied after taking that damage but not killed outright, you can take a Reaction and teleport to an unoccupied space you can see within 5 feet of that enemy. You can then make one melee attack. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest."
