In 2014 the description specified "can cast the telekinesis spell at will", in 2024 it just syas "you can cast Telekinesis from it".
Des it mean you have to use your own spell slots?
Because the item doesn't specify charges or a limit like "per long rest", then I would say it's at will and without spell slots, like the 2014 version.
No Spells Cast from Items are at the lowest possible spell and caster level, doesn’t expend any of the user’s spell slots, and requires no components unless the item’s description notes otherwise.
