The mount has to be one size larger and have appropriate anatomy for riding. I like this out of the box thinking though.
Maybe not what the cavalier is looking for, but he or she could ride in and dismount and use orcish aggression to get more movement than is possibly necessary (up to 165' with the right mount if my math is right).
Ok, I worked it out. The one orc has to take an enlarge potion so that it is one size larger and can be used as a mount. And for having the appropriate anatomy for the job, he'd have to have a Baby Bjorn or something like Luke Skywalker had for Yoda so the Cavalier orc would ride on his shoulders. Don't give up on your dreams, orc cavalier!

This is even farther out of the box and I love it.

I have a player that is looking to be a full orc cavalier. Is it possible to use their aggression feature while mounted?
i would say no, since Aggression states that it uses the orc's speed
It could work if he is mounted on the shoulders of another orc though.

Well if his mount is literally an Orc then yes. would be a bizarre sight, but could work

That is a very large mount.
