Guardian Spirit says that it applies to creatures you created. Does that mean it applies to the creatures you transform via the spell animal shapes?
"Most people are other people. Their thoughts are someone else's opinions, their lives a mimicry, their passions a quotation."
― Oscar Wilde.
I vote for no. Transformation is not summoning or creation. If you had transformed some inanimate object into a creature then you might be able to argue that you created the creature, but converting one creature into another is not creation.
I also vote for no. As animal shapes says "your magic turns others into beasts". You did not create the "others"
