If you're a Barbarian and rage, thus gaining Advantage on Str based attacks, saving throws and ability checks but while in your rage, you get the effects of a spell or feature to gain Advantage in a different way. Would you then roll 3d20 for Advantage or something else?

Advantage does not stack.
You can read the Basic Rules for more information.

One additional point of clarification; Rage does not give you advantage on Strength based attacks, just Abiity Checks and Saving Throws:
Rage
In battle, you fight with primal ferocity. On your turn, you can enter a rage as a bonus action.
While raging, you gain the following benefits if you aren’t wearing heavy armor:
You have advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws.
When you make a melee weapon attack using Strength, you gain a bonus to the damage roll that increases as you gain levels as a barbarian, as shown in the Rage Damage column of the Barbarian table.
You have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
Reckless Attack is what will give you advantage on Strength based attacks though!

No. Advantage doesn't stack. Neither does Disadvantage. And if you have both, they cancel each other out, making a straight roll.

Yeah.
Even if you say, have advantage for two reasons, and disadvantage for 1 reason, it still balances out to normal.
