Cast simulacrum on yourself normally using a 7th level slot and the normal material components. You now have a construct that is an exact copy of yourself at the moment the spell completed (so has all spell slots except 1 7th level slot).
Have the new construct cast wish to duplicate the effects of simulacrum without components targeting you. (You still haven't used your 9th level slot, so new constructs still have it too).
Have each new construct repeat step 2 infinitely.
You now have an army of copies of yourself only missing 2 spell slots (you can long rest after step 1 to regain 7th level slot, then they will only be missing their 9th level slots)
The simulacrum spell only says if you cast it again the previous copies melt, so other casters (your copies) can copy the same target (you) without consequence.

I wouldn't expect DMs to take this interpretation. Most will shut this down in a heartbeat. It is easy enough to treat the simulacrum of you, aka the duplicate of you, to be the same as you for the purpose of this limit.

Oh, for sure. DMs should ban this. It is broken and unintentional (at least I hope it was 😨).
I was just explaining how this meme combo works RAW.

Of course. These combos aren't for actual use at the table, they're simply there to show what's possible within the system, applying all of the system's wording and quirks. Like the coffeelock.
I've heard that there is a way to make essentially infinite simulacrums, but I couldn't find how to do it. Could someone enlighten me?
Here is the concept (DM has every right to ban this):
You just need simulacrum and wish.

I got quotes!
