Is it allowed or possible to convert a 4e character over to D&D-B's rules? I can assume that bonuses will calculate differently. Can I put in my stats and let the new math calculate?
I had a Level 13 Human Tempest Ranger.
Here’s an older PDF that wizards released on the subject of converting things from prior editions.

I Don’t really know anything about prior editions, wish I could provide build incite.
Thanks!
