A wildshaped druid can benefit from all class features so long as it makes sense that the new form would also be able to benefit from that ability. I think that generally, racial features are lost when you wildshape since it is tied to the race

Thanks. I did some more digging and found this. “A racial trait works with Wild Shape unless that trait requires anatomy the beast form lacks.” That is from sage Advice. I would think there is no anatomy needed to teleport. It talks about race that can fly can’t, or having to point a finger.
Thrme limits of feature bleedover to wildshapes is very poorly defined, but it is generally accepted that the intent is as you described (limited only by senses and anatomy). It is up to DMs to set harsher restraints.

I was thinking about playing a Shadar-Kai Druid. They have a teleport ability. Would I be able to use that with wildshape? Thanks
