So the spell says "you can use your movement to exit the stone where you entered it" my question is does it use up all your movement or just the movement you used to enter exit the stone (judging by the spells given information 5-10 feet to enter the stone) allowing the caster to jump out of the stone use a spell and move back into it or do you have to use all the movement and then have to dash to move
The spell doesn't put any constraints on how much of your movement you need to use, so the surface reading of the spell is that you spend your movement as normal (i.e., you move 10 feet for 10 feet of movement), but you can only do so to exit the stone.
Regarding the question of leaving and then returning, the spell DOES say that leaving ends the spell, so there's no possibility of returning to the stone without recasting Meld into Stone.
