If you hunter mark an enemy that then goes stealth (not invisible), do you still have to make a perception check to know where they are?
Yes, if we're just talking about someone taking the Hide action, you will need to make a Wisdom (Perception) check to locate the target. However, keep in mind that an area that is lightly/heavily obscured will impact how/if the roll is made.
