If you take the Fey Touched feat and choose Identify for your 1st level spell option, are you still required to have a 100GP pearl on you to cast this spell?
Nothing in the feat's description says that you can avoid all the spell components required for the spell, so yes you would have to use the pearl to cast the spell (note that it isn't consumed, so you can use the same one each time).
The feat says you "learn the spell" it specifies that it is different from normal know spells is that you can cast it once per long rest without using a spell slot but it it does not say it is different in any other way. Therefore you wouuld need a 100GP pearl to cast it. It is the same for evert other stipulation about the spells. Identify (and misty step) require a vocal component so you can not cast them if you are in an area under the silence spell, Identify requires and so on.
Also be aware that you may not be able to cast identify as a ritual (if you are wanting to cast it more thabn once in a day). For example if you are a druid even though druids have ritual casting they can only do so for druid spells and Identify is not a druid spell.

That's true (Fey Touched doesn't modify your spell lists), but the bigger problem is that you don't have the spell prepared, and druids can only ritually cast spells they have prepared. That's why Artificers, who have the same Ritual Casting as Clerics and Druids, can't use Fey Touched on Identify and then ritually cast it, even though Identify is an Artificer spell.
