I'm not an authority, but I would say yes. Teleport is instantaneous travel to a spot you can see. And you can see through a Wall of Force. You don't travel in a straight line, you don't pass through any other plane, you don't pass Go, you don't collect $200. You simply cease to exist here and suddenly exist there. I don't know if there's any "official ruling" on this from the C-Suite at Hasbro, but at my table the answer would be "yes".
Correct, Wall of Force does not do anything to restrict teleportation. If you are looking to contain a teleporter, Forcecage is the spell you are looking for.
Hm I see... well then can you confirm that Cube of Force cast its spells immediately, even if it has a longer casting time?
The description says "and thereby cast the spell", which would imply no casting time...
It's quite similar to the wording of 2024 Divine Intervention.
Nope. Cube of Force is missing one key piece of wording that Divine Intervention has. Divine Intervention specifies that you do it as a Magic action. Would be rather useless if the spells in Cube of Force were 1 Action, given Shield is there.
The Wall of Force description says it blocks ethereal travel, but it doesn't say it blocks teleportation.
And I see nothing stating that teleportation constitutes ethereal travel...

Anzio Faro. Protector Aasimar light cleric. Lvl 18.
Viktor Gavriil. White dragonborn grave cleric. Lvl 20.
Ikram Sahir ibn-Malik al-Sayyid Ra'ad. Brass dragonborn draconic sorcerer Lvl 9. Fire elemental devil.
Wrangler of cats.
AFAIK, it works.
Spells like Misty Step, Teleport or Dimension Door bypass Wall of Force.

One could argue that pressing a side of the cube uses a Utilize action, though. But yeah, that would render the Shield spell useless.
