If an artificer infuses a Javelin with the returning infusion, which also states that it gives +1 to attack and damage rolls made with it, does that +1 also extend to spells when said Javelin is used as a spellcasting focus?
No. There's a separate infusion for that, Enhanced Arcane Focus.
When bonuses affect spells, they say so.
