No. Martial Arts lets you use your special damage die “in place of the normal damage of your unarmed strike or monk weapon.” The bonus action allowed by polearm master is not “the normal damage of your monk weapon.”

This, but... You can use your martial arts to make a bonus action unarmed strike which uses your martial arts die, which is, at its worst, the same as the polearm Master bonus action. No feat needed.
Polearm master adds very little for a monk. I think the only thing they get is an opportunity attack when an opponent moves into reach, otherwise a monk already has a bonus action attack that is better than that provided by polearm master. Even a Kensei can't use a glaive or halberd since both are heavy weapons so they can't be used as kensei weapons so even the possibility of the reach benefit isn't possible since they can't be treated as monk weapons.

Can a monk using a monk weapon (like a quarterstaff) use their martial arts die for the bonus action attack?
