Hey guys I have quite a specific question that I'd love some help with.
Wild shape states that you retain all racial features when you are in beast form does this extend to racial feats picked at ASI level? I am playing a dwarven moon druid/barbarian and want to take dwarven constitution so I can dodge in beast form and use the beast hit dice. My DM says in beast form I no longer meet the prerequisite of the feat being a bear but wild shape says I retain racial features? Please help!!
Wild Shape allows you to retain the benefit of any features from your class, race, or another source. This would include feats. However, the benefits from a feat are lost if you don't meet the prerequisite anymore.
Racial ASIs, as well as class ASIs are replaced because Wild Shape replaces your strength, dexterity and constitution scores with the corresponding statistics from the creature you're turning into.
Dwarven constitution is a feat that has a prerequisite of being a dwarf. In wild shape you are no longer a dwarf and the rule for wild shape states you must be "physically capable" of using the abilities. You are not physically capable, as a non-dwarf, of using an ability that requires you to be a dwarf.

Technically, your DM is right.
