I use Ready action to ready a spell with defined trigger. I keep concetrating on the spell, but trigger does not occur until my next turn. Can I keep concentrating and holding the spell for more turns until trigger occurs? Or does the spell dissipates at the start of my next turn without any effect?
As I recall, you can only hold a spell until the start of your next turn. If your next turn comes around and your trigger did not occur, the spell is just lost.
You cast the spell when you ready the casting action. Then you can use your reaction to trigger the release of the spell at whatever point until the beginning of your next turn, when your reaction is reset.
I agree with the consensus here and imo it IS specified in the PHB. Chapter 9 -> Actions In Combat -> Ready:
you can take the Ready action on your turn, which lets you act using your reaction before the start of your next turn
When the trigger occurs, you can either take your reaction right after the trigger finishes or ignore the trigger.
When you ready a spell, you cast it as normal but hold its energy [which requires concentration], which you release with your reaction when the trigger occurs. . . . If your concentration is broken, the spell dissipates without taking effect.
This implies that you must actively release the spell effect into the environment after casting the spell with this mechanic. Otherwise, upon losing concentration the spell effect would come into existence immediately instead of dissipating with no effect. Therefore, when the Ready Action timeframe expires without a qualifying trigger (or if the trigger is ignored), the Ready Action itself is now fully resolved which means that you are no longer holding the spell's energy -- but you also never actively released the energy which means that the spell dissipates with no effect at that time (the start of your next turn).

"Not all those who wander are lost"
This is not specified in the PHB or Basic Rules but this has been addressed in the Sage Advice Compendium: https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/sac/sage-advice-compendium#SA127
If you do not release the spell before the start of your next turn the spell and spell slot is lost.
